This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties: its typefaces and images are served from this domain. Our host keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure. To suggest a currency in the request form, the page reads the country of your connection, as our host sees it; it is not kept.

your requests

When you send a request, we collect what you give us: your name, email address and phone number, the place, dates, guests, services and budget of your stay, and your message. We use them only to reply to you, to arrange what you ask for, to open your client space and to write to you again about your request or a future stay. They are kept by our own application, on app.somewhereconcierge.com; our email provider, Resend, sends our messages from its servers in Ireland.

A request whose address has not been confirmed is deleted after 24 hours. The others are kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. You may ask at any time to stop hearing from us, or to see, correct or delete your details, at contact@somewhereconcierge.com. Your client space uses a single cookie, to keep you signed in.
